Blogun doğumgününü kutlamak her geçen sene zorlaşıyor benim için. Ya bir tür “yaşlılık” hissine kapılıyorum ya da “Ya hiç buluşamasaydık?” düşüncesine. Bu sene, geçtiğimiz bir yılda neler olmuş, bu sayfalar dördüncü yaşına nasıl ulaşmış bakmak istedim.

Son bir yılda;

• Harper’s Bazaar Türkiye, XOXO The Mag, Every by Nef, Vatan gazetesi Cumartesi eki V2 gibi farklı mecralar için yazdığım yazılarla kağıt kokusuna bulaştım.
• Kanaltürk ve CNN Türk gibi televizyon kanallarında moda üzerine sohbetler edip beyaz camdan taştım.
• Londra ve Milano’daki moda haftalarını yerinde takip ederek onlarca blog yazısıyla erkek ve kadın moda haftalarında olup bitenleri paylaşmaya çalıştım.
• Gucci, Burberry, Emporio Armani ve Ermenegildo Zegna gibi markaların defilelerini bu blogda canlı olarak yayınladım
• Prada, Burberry, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, DSquared2, Giorgio Armani gibi markaların defile ve davetlerine katılarak yüzlerce paylaşım gerçekleştirdim
• Marks & Spencer Türkiye ile keyifli bir yeni yıl partisine ev sahipliği yaptım
• Ramsey ile birlikte Liverpool FC’yi desteklemek için Anfield Stadyumu’nda “You’ll Never Walk Alone” şarkısını söyledim
• Mavi ve Hüseyin Çağlayan işbirliğini kutladığımız gecede Mavi’nin Google+ özel canlı yayınının sunuculuğunu üstlendim
• Gucci için kendi kağıttan çantamı tasarladım, kestim, biçtim
• Nina Garcia, Derek Blasberg, Dean ve Dan Caten gibi isimlerle yüzyüze tanışıp fikir alışverişinde bulunma şansı yakaladım
• Lee Cooper’ın globalde başlattığı “Makers” projesinin Türkiye yüzlerinden biri oldum
• Fashion’s Night Out gecesinde Mudo Collection mağazasında eğlenceli ve moda dolu saatler geçirdim
• Gap’in dünya çapında farklı stillere yer verdiği Styld.by projesine konuk oldum
• ESMOD Istanbul’da gerçekleşen söyleşide erkek modası üzerine, TOBB ETÜ Liderlik Kampı’nda yaptığım sunumda blog dünyasında lider olmak üzerine bir şeyler sayıkladım
• ELLE Style Awards 2012 kırmızı halısından “O ödül benim olmalıydı!” bakışları fırlatarak süzüldüm
• Cotton Bar ile her güne farklı bir stil sığdırdığım renkli bir hafta geçirdim
• Comite Colbert başkanı Elisabeth Ponsolle des Portes, Dazed & Confused dendiğinde akla gelen isim Jefferson Hack, başarılı fotoğrafçı Ryan McGinley, Project Runway yarışmasından tanıdığımız Daniel Vosovic, Marks & Spencer İç Giyim Baş Tasarımcısı Soozie Jenkinson gibi isimlerle sadece bu blogda okuyabileceğiniz özel röportajlar gerçekleştirdim
• Onlarca defile, yüzlerce model, binlerce tasarım sonrasında sayısını unuttuğum pek çok farklı yenilik yaşadım, yaşamaya devam ediyorum.

Bütün bunları birlikte yaptık; daha fazlasını yapmak için de çalışmaya devam ediyorum. Umarım bu blogun beşinci yaşını kutladığımızda, hayal bile edemeyeceğimiz daha pek çok farklı deneyimi yaşamış oluruz. Mutlu yaşlar, hepimize.

• I love fashion weeks! Attended London Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week (three times this year!), sharing hundreds of photos and videos from menswear and womenswear fashion shows, events and parties. 
• I love livestreams! Broadcasted fashion show livestreams of Gucci, Burberry, Emporio Armani,Ermenegildo Zegna and so on this blog.
• I love fashion shows! Attended to fashion shows of Prada, Burberry, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, DSquared2, Giorgio Armani and many others.
• I love new year’s celebrations! Hosted Marks & Spencer’s new year party.
• I love football, well, sort of. Sang “You’ll Never Walk Alone” at Anfield Stadium, supporting Liverpool FC with their clothing sponsor Ramsey.
• I love being live! Hosted the special Google+ hangout during the launch of Chalayan / Mavi collection. 
• I love bags! Created my very own Gucci paper bag for a special Facebook campaign.
• I love meeting with new people! Had the chance to meet with Nina Garcia, Derek Blasberg, Dean and Dan Caten and many other names during fashion weeks.
• I love being in the spotlight! Was one of the faces of Lee Cooper’s global “Makers” project. 
• I love Fashion’s Night Out! Hosted the night’s event full of fun and style at Mudo Collection store. 
• I love being global! Featured on Gap’s global style network, Styld.by. 
• I love talking about myself! Was invited to talk on menswear fashion at ESMOD Istanbul; and to talk about leadership at TOBB ETU Leadership Camp 2013.
• I love ceremonies! Was on red carpet, trying to steal BryanBoy’s ELLE Style Awards 2012 award.
• I love being different! Spent a week with different Cotton Bar styles.
• I love interviews! Had the chance to publish exclusive interviews with Elisabeth Ponsolle des Portes of Comite Colbert, Jefferson Hack of Dazed & Confused, Project Runway contestant Daniel Vosovic, photographer Ryan McGinley and Soozie Jenkinson of Marks & Spencer. 
• I love new experiences! Shared tens of fashion shows, hundreds of models, thousands of different designs, countless unforgettable experiences.

We have done this together; and I aim for more with this blog. Hope we can look back and see that we shared more than these listed above when the fifth birthday of this blog arrives. Happy birthday, to all of us.
